A Fellowship Hour in the Parish Hall follows every Sunday Divine Liturgy

We have an active guild of young men who "serve the Lord with gladness."

"Serve the Lord with gladness; Come before Him with great joy."
Ps. 99:1

Provides fellowship and encouragement for parish women and offers support for the needs of the church and community. Among the many activities:  

• Providing for the fellowship and community luncheons
• Prosphora baking
• Cleaning of the church hall
• Providing booths at the fests
• Donating to food bank
• Sending cards and flowers
• Maintaining the gift shop

From the Troparion of Holy Friday:

"The angel came to the Myrrhbearing Women at the tomb and said: 'Myrrh is
fitting for the dead, but Christ has shown himself a stranger to corruption! So
proclaim: The Lord is risen, granting the world great mercy.'"

 

There are many needy families in our community. 
Non-perishable food donations are collected weekly and delivered to
Aquia Church for distribution.



“Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed You, or thirsty
and give You drink?...And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I
say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren you did it to Me."  Matt. 25: 37-40.
